The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) has established regulations entitled Ionizing Radiation Rules for employee protection against radiation hazards.

This notice must be posted in every establishment where individuals are employed in activities licensed or registered by EGLE, pursuant to Michigan's Ionizing Radiation Rules.

This posting must appear in a sufficient number of places to permit employees working in or frequenting any portion of a restricted area to observe a copy on the way to or from their place of employment.
