To provide our customers with peace of mind, State and Federal Poster offers an optional Shipping Protection service at checkout. This service is designed to cover your order against loss, or damage that may occur during transit from our facility to your shipping address.
By selecting Shipping Protection, you agree that State and Federal Poster or its designated claims processor will, at its discretion, refund or replace items that are reported as lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, subject to the following conditions:
Coverage Details

Loss: The package was never marked as delivered by the carrier and has not arrived within the estimated shipping window.

Damage: Items were visibly damaged during shipping and are not usable or in sellable condition.
How to File a Claim
To initiate a claim under the Shipping Protection plan, you must contact our support team at support@stateandfederalposter.com within 7 days of the reported delivery date (or expected delivery date, in the case of loss). You may be required to provide:

Proof of purchase

Photographic evidence (in the case of damage)

A signed statement of non-receipt (in the case of theft)
State and Federal Poster will process claims on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to issue either a replacement or a full refund, depending on item availability and claim details.
Opting Out of Shipping Protection
If you choose to decline Shipping Protection during checkout, you acknowledge and accept that State and Federal Poster is not liable for any shipping-related incidents, including but not limited to lost, or damaged packages, once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Without Shipping Protection, any claims for loss, or damage must be handled directly with the shipping carrier, and State and Federal Poster assumes no responsibility beyond the point of carrier handoff.
Exclusions
Shipping Protection does not cover:

Delays in delivery time

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect address or non-delivery

Claims submitted after the 7-day window

Items lost or damaged after confirmed safe delivery to a third-party location (such as concierge, mailroom, etc.)
Policy Acceptance
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance or declination of Shipping Protection is documented at the time of order and cannot be retroactively changed once the package has shipped.
