2020 New Mexico State Minimum Wage Rates

Minimum Wage

Beginning January 1, 2020, minimum wage rates across New Mexico will increase according to the following schedule:

• Albuquerque: $9.35 (January 1, 2020);
• Bernalillo County: $9.20 (January 1, 2020);
• Las Cruces: $10.25 (January 1, 2020);
• Santa Fe: $9.00 (January 1, 2020);
• Santa Fe County: $12.10 based on last year’s increase of CPI for western region Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (March 1, 2020)
